Wal-Mart enters India

The world’s biggest retailer, U.S. based Wal-Mart, has tied up with Sunil Mittal’s Bharti Enterprises to make a direct entry into India’s retailing sector. The two companies entered into a memorandum of understanding on Monday to explore business opportunities in retailing.
The Bharti group Chairman, Sunil Mittal, told newspersons here that, “it is a partnership of equals. Big investments are in the pipeline.” The two companies were expected to open stores by August with the plan being for Bharti to handle the front end of the retailing business, while Wal-Mart would take care of the supply chain, the logistics and other back-end operations.
The entry of Wal-Mart into the Indian market comes close on the heels of Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries having launched its entry into the retailing sector.Wal-Mart is the largest retailing company in the world with revenues of about $320 billion. Wal-Mart also has a procurement centre in India and plans to source products worth about $2 billion this year. This new venture will also provide employment to about 10 million people here in India

First Drive

Yesterday night my father had gone out and our car was parked in the road. It was time for the car to be parked in a car parking lot next street before they close. So I took the key and took the car to the parking space. That was my first drive without any supervision. I hope from now on my father will allow me to drive alone.

I am developing a PHP Link Directory Script

I have been running three link directories which are quite popular. My directories are my only source of income from the internet. All these while I have been using a script called “php Link Directory”, you can download that script from phpLinkDirectory.com . I recently launched a website where you can buy a block and link to you website, it is called JustGet6.com. The source code for this website is coded by me. I learnt a bit of php and MySQL during the process so I decided to develope my own link directory script. I have created the database structure and finished about one page of coding. This type of sending mails to your friends is know a spam. I have very personal experience with paid surveys, paid to read emails, etc. Lasy year when I was searching for making money online I enrolled myself in a bunch of these sites hoping to make a handful of money but later after completing a couple of surveys I found out that these people only fool you. I strongly recommend against signing up to services like these. Also please donot flood your friend’s mail box with referral mails like these.
